I've been getting back into training more frequently and more intensely. I haven't pushed heavy weights since my last show in 2013 and People expect me to go into the gym and push crazy amounts of weight like I used to. To be honest at my age and where I am in my career, there's no need for me to try and impress anyone. I'm back at it again to motivate you guys, to motivate myself and stay as healthy as I possibly can. Today was my first time working my way up to 225lbs for squats in two years. Guys don't forget also that bodybuilding is not powerlifting.
